SNF Activities Director, SNF Activities- Full Time, 8am-4pm
To interact and plan activities with the Skilled Nursing Facility residents on an individual and group basis.  To encourage and record the residents’ activity participation.

SNF Activities Aide, Full Time/ Part Time, 7am-3pm or 3pm-7pm
To assist in the intervention, planning, and coordination of activities with the Skilled Nursing Facility residents on an individual and group basis.  To contribute to their over-all psychosocial well being and to maintain the highest practical level of physical and mental functioning.

Pre-Authorization/Claims Review Clerk, Health Information Management – Full Time, 8am-4pm
Reviews pre-authorizations and claims. High School diploma or GED required. 

Nursing Assistant, Med/ Surg- Part Time 11pm-7am and 7am-3pm 
The Nursing Assistant is responsible for administering direct patient care and performing other duties necessary to insure optimal patient care, under the direct Supervision and direction of the professional nurse.

Maintenance Worker, Facilities Full Time Nights, Every other weekend
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, repairs, and upkeep of the building and its facilities.

Registration Clerk, Full Time
Completes registration of all patients of Barnes-Kasson Hospital and the Family Health Clinic.

Environmental Services, Full Time 7am-3pm, Every other weekend
Responsible for cleaning assigned areas. Must be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor. 

MDS Coordinator/ Infection Control Registered Nurse, Skilled Nursing Facility, Full Time
The infection preventionist nurse is to plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and direct the infection prevention and control program. The MDS coordinator will collect all pertinent data regarding ADL functioning of a resident and schedule assessments and interviews with residents. More Information

Radiologic Technologist, Radiology    Various Shifts Part Time/Per Diem             
Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.       

Paramedic, EMS Part Time or Per Diem,7am to 7 pm or 7pm to 7am
Paramedic performs various patient care activities in the pre-hospital setting.

Registered Nurse, Med/Surg 7pm-7am Full Time     
Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care, implements physician orders, administers medications and treatments, and assumes charge nurse or team leader to deliver patient care.

Licensed Practical Nurse, Med/Surg  7pm-7am Full Time
Under supervision, the LPN plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care.  Implements Physician’s orders, administers medications and treatments, Assumes team leader position and delivers direct patient care as necessary.    

Registered Charge Nurse, SNF Full Time, 7am-3pm  (every other weekend and holiday)
Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care, implements physician orders, administers medications and treatments, and assumes charge nurse or team leader to deliver patient care. 

Registered Nurse, SNF Full Time, 3pm-11pm
Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care, implements physician orders, administers medications and treatments, and assumes charge nurse or team leader to deliver patient care.   

Licensed Practical Nurse, SNF Full Time, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am

Respiratory Therapist, Respiratory Therapy   Full Time             
To test, evaluate, treat patients with respiratory problems or problems which may affect respiratory system.
