Who We Are
Located in the borough of Susquehanna Depot (about
seven miles from I-81), this progressive, not-for-profit medical
facility has served the residents of Susquehanna County and beyond
since 1904. To better serve this rural area, Barnes-Kasson has
established four well-staffed health centers throughout the county
and has implemented the first county-based home health service.
Combining hometown quality with new technology,
Barnes-Kasson Hospital offers a wide range of medical, surgical,
diagnostic and referral services, as well as family-centered
maternity care, coronary/intensive care, chemotherapy, outpatient
rehabilitation (including physical and occupational therapy and
sports medicine), a 58-bed skilled-nursing facility, and 24-hour
emergency care.
The hospital maintains strong ties with other local
businesses and develops effective programs to meet their needs
though its Industrial Health Services program. Barnes-Kasson County
Hospital is an active health information and education resource for
the entire county.
Barnes-Kasson is dedicated to providing you with
quality care in a home-town, friendly, caring atmosphere. If at any
time you have a question about your care, please ask your doctor or
a member of the nursing staff. If you have questions or concerns
about hospital services, or about the care you are receiving, please
contact the Administration Office at extension 224.
