The Skilled Nursing Facility at Barnes-Kasson County
Hospital is a 58-bed unit, licensed as a skilled nursing facility by
the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and certified by Medicare and
the PA Dept. of Public Welfare to provide skilled care.
Our staff consists of highly trained professionals committed to both
our residents/families in the community. We provide on going
training to our staff with international in-service and off site
specialty training, keeping up with the latest information on how to
best care for our residents.
We strive to make our residents' stay as pleasant as possible with a
wide range of amenities and activities. this requires true team
effort, involving caregivers and clinical specialists in the nursing
home to support staff. Our goal is to provide compassionate and
quality care in a comfortable setting.
The facility operates under the direction of a nursing home
administrator, who reports to the Chief Executive Officer and Board
of Directors of Barnes-Kasson County Hospital.
The facility provides the following services:

Note: the facility has a 99% occupancy rate, and has a waiting list.
