At Barnes-Kasson Hospital, we want to provide the best possible service to our patients. In order to do so, we rely on those we have cared for and their families to let us know what we are doing right, and what improvements may be needed. We depend on you, our patient, to keep us informed, and we use your comments and suggestions when making enhancements to hospital services.

At times you may be contacted, by phone, to complete a Patient Satisfaction Survey. Outpatient surveys are done at random times throughout the year. Your participation is very important.
